Our meringue recipe

Prepare:
125 ml of cold water

Preparation method:
Preheat the oven to 140-150 “C.
Cut the baking paper to the dimensions of the baking sheet from the oven accessories. Draw a circle with a diameter of 26 cm on the paper.
Pour water into a tall vessel, add the contents of the package and mix at high speed for 8 minutes, until a stiff foam is obtained.
Distribute the ready mass evenly on the circle drawn on the paper.
Put the meringue in the preheated oven. In an electric oven (without hot air), bake for 60 minutes. Bake in a gas oven for 40 minutes, then turn off the oven and dry with the door closed for another 40-50 minutes (the meringue should be light cream to light brown).

After baking, your meringue will be crispy on the outside and soft inside with a foam-like consistency.

For decoration, we suggest: whipped cream (500 ml of chilled cream 30-36% fat. Whip with 2 packs of Delecta cream mix and 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar) and fruit: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries as you like.

Delicious Dakłas

- Prepare 50 g of sliced ​​dates, 75 g of walnuts, 250 ml of chilled cream 30-36%, 200 g of Bakalland mass, Delecta cream mix, 150 g of Greek yoghurt
- Preheat the oven to 140-150 ° C . Put baking paper on two trays from the oven accessories, draw a circle with a diameter of 22 cm on each.
- Prepare the meringue according to the basic method. Divide the finished mass in half and spread it evenly on the circles drawn on paper, put both sheets in the preheated oven. In the electric oven: bake for 45 minutes (without hot air) and dry for 20-25 minutes with the door closed, oven turned off.
- Prepare the mass: beat 250 ml of chilled cream with the Cream Mix. Add chilled yogurt and blend. Add Kajmakowa mass and dried fruit and mix.
- Put the tops over the tops, put a small amount on top and decorate with dates and nuts. Before serving, cool for min. 1 hour.
