Our Carrot Cake Recipe

Prepare:
3 eggs, 100 ml of water, 150 ml of oil.
The cake tastes great with cream cheese.

Preparation method:
Line a round springform cake tin with a diameter of approx. 24 cm with baking paper or brush with grease and sprinkle with flour.
Turn on the oven, set to 180 ° C without hot air (mixing time is the oven heating time).
Pry the eggs into a deep bowl, add water and oil, add the contents of the bag and mix at high speed for 4-5 minutes. Put the ready mass into the prepared springform pan.
Put in the oven and bake at 180 ° C for 45-50 minutes (check with a stick if the cake is baked).
For decoration, we recommend cream cheese: mix 1 packet of natural cream cheese (about 125 g) with 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar (about 50 g) and 1 teaspoon of soft butter (about 10 g).

Store the cream cake in the refrigerator.

Otherwise Carrot ...
- Prepare 1/2 cup of chopped, drained canned pineapples (approx. 100 g), 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts (approx. 50 g) and 1/2 cup of medium-grated carrots (approx. 75 g).
- Prepare a springform cake tin and raw dough according to the basic method.
Add pineapples, nuts, carrots to the beaten dough and mix gently with a spoon.
- Put the dough into the prepared springform pan.
- Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 50-55 minutes.
- Decorate the baked and cooled cake with cream cheese.
