Our cheesecake recipe
Prepare
600 ml of chilled milk.
For decoration, we recommend:
1. 120 g of round biscuits soaked in tea infusion
2. Delecta strawberry flavor jelly
3. Fruit - fresh or frozen strawberries
Preparation
Pour the cooled milk into a tall dish.
Pour the contents of the bag into the milk and mix at high speed for 3-4 minutes.
Put the ready mass into a round springform pan (diameter: 24 cm). We recommend lining the springform pan with aluminum foil.
Put in the fridge for 2 hours to cool.
Good advice
Enriched version
- 500 ml chilled milk
- 2 homogenized cheese 150 g each
Mix the contents of the bag with 500 ml of milk for 3 minutes. Add the cheese and mix for 1 minute more. You can add fruit or dried fruit. Put the prepared mass on the biscuits and decorate with chilled jelly. Put in the fridge for 2 hours.
