Recipe for Raspberry Foam
Jelly dissolve in 500 ml of hot water, set aside to a slight concentration. 250 ml of cream 30% fat beat stiff, add Dr. Whipped Cream Powder at the end of whisking. Oetker. Add the thickening jelly a little to the whipped cream, mix it until the ingredients are combined. Add to cups.
