How to prepare
In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients. In a pot, melt the butter mixed with water and milk. Warm liquid - not hot, add to the dry ingredients, add the egg and knead the dough. Leave to rise for 1-2 hours. Roll out the dough into a large rectangle. Brush with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Roll the dough into a roulade and cut into slices about 2 cm thick. Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and leave to rise for about 30 minutes. Bake at 190 ° C for about 25 minutes.
