Our spice is perfect not only for preparing traditional minced cutlets, but also as an addition to any kind of meat filling and stuffing. It is indispensable for roulades, meatballs, meatballs, skewers, pates, Roman roast, and also for spaghetti meatballs.

Our spice does not contain: monosodium glutamate, preservatives, dyes.

Ingredients:

- 600 g of minced poultry,

- 2 white onions,

- 2 cloves of garlic,

- 2 tablespoons of butter,

- 1 egg,

- 1 glass of Prymat breadcrumbs,

- 1 flat teaspoon of ground hot pepper Prymat,

- 3 teaspoons Minced meat spices Prymat,

- 1 red onion,

- 1 fresh cucumber,

- 5 radishes,

- 6 cherry tomatoes,

- 2 colored peppers,

- 1 packet of Prymat Greek salad sauce,

- 120 g of natural yoghurt,

- rapeseed oil.



A method of preparing:

Dice the white onions, squeeze the garlic through the press. Fry in butter and cool. To the minced meat, add the onion with garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, seasoning for minced meat and hot pepper. Knead the mass thoroughly, form long cutlets and fry on each side until golden brown in rapeseed oil. Combine Greek salad dressing with yoghurt, mix well and set aside for 10 minutes. Dice the red onion, dice the cucumber, slice the radish, halve the tomatoes and slice the peppers. Mix the prepared ingredients and pour over the sauce. Serve the aromatic patties with fresh vegetable salad.
