You will need 4 servings:
- 1 kg of lean veal ribs,
- 1 bunch of vegetables,
- 3 Prymat bay leaves,
- 4 Prymat allspice grains, 2 tablespoons butter,
- 4 tablespoons rapeseed oil,
- 2 tablespoons Rib seasoning with Prymat honey,
- 200 g sliced ​​porcini mushrooms,
- 1 sliced ​​zucchini,
- 4 tablespoons of grape syrup.
A method of preparing:
Place the ribs in a pot of water, chopped greens, bay leaves and allspice, simmer until tender. Fry the mushrooms and zucchini in butter. Cut the cooled ribs along the bone into 4 portions, rub each with oil and seasoning for ribs. Put in a baking sleeve. Sprinkle with zucchini mushrooms, sprinkle with grape syrup, close tightly. Place on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
