Our fruit pie recipe
Prepare: bottom: 150 g flour, 125 g sugar, 100 g soft margarine, 1 egg, 100 ml milk or cream, 1 teaspoon baking powder Delecta: filling: 300 g fruit: strawberries, cherries, plums or others, vanilla sugar 15 g Delecta.
Mix the fruit with the vanilla sugar. Mix all ingredients for the base of the dough in a deep bowl. Put the ready mass to be greased in a round form with a diameter of 24 cm. Place the fruit on top. Bake at 180 ° C for about 1 hour.
