Preparation, application and storage conditions
Recipes
Brownie powder cake
Prepare:
For the dough: 3 eggs, 150 ml of oil
For the chocolate mass: 1 egg, 75 g of margarine
Preparation method:
1. Dissolve (and let it cool down) margarine to the chocolate mass.
2. Set the oven to 180 ° C.
3. In a tall vessel, mix the eggs with the oil, gradually add the contents of the bag with the dough and mix for about 4 minutes.
4. Put the ready mass into a baking sheet lined with baking paper with dimensions of 25 x 30 cm.
5. Put into the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes (check with a stick if the dough is baked).
6. After removing the cake from the oven, prick the top with a fork, do not turn off the oven.
7. Pour the contents of the bag with the chocolate mass into a deep bowl, add the egg and cooled margarine; mix with a spoon until ingredients combine.
8. Put the mass on the baked dough, spreading it over the entire surface.
9. Immediately put in an oven preheated to 180 ° C and bake for about 9 minutes (Note: do not extend the baking time; the mass should be dry in advance, semi-liquid in the middle).
After removing from the oven, leave the dough in the baking tray until it is completely cool.
Tip:
Add your favorite toppings (e.g. fresh fruit, dried fruit, jam, mascarpone) to your prepared, raw dough and bake. Then prepare the mass and bake it according to the recipe for 9 minutes.
Brownie differently: Prepare the dough according to the basic preparation method. Add a pinch of salt and nuts to the chocolate mass, bake it together with the dough for 9 minutes.
