Preparation, application and storage conditions
Preparation and use
Prepare: 350 ml of milk.
1. Pour the cooled milk into the tall vessel.
2. Pour the contents of the bag into the milk and mix at high speed for 3 minutes.
3. The ready-made cream should be used to translate and decorate the cake or cake immediately after preparation. Put in the fridge for 3 hours to cool (then you will get the proper density and consistency of the cream).
Good advice You will get the
perfect decorations on the cake if you use the cream immediately after its preparation.
You will get an enriched version if you mix 50 g of soft butter with the prepared cream (mix for about 1 minute).
Storage
Store in a dry, cool place.
