Preparation method:
Prepare the cream:
- Basic version; 400 ml of chilled milk.
Pour the milk into a tall vessel, add the contents of the bag and mix at high speed for 3 minutes.
- Enriched version: 325 ml of chilled milk, 250 ml of chilled cream 30-36% fat.
Pour the milk into a tall vessel, add the contents of the bag and mix at high speed for 3 minutes. Separately, beat the cream to a stiff consistency. Put the whole thing together.
Prepare the puff: Delecta dark chocolate glaze, Karpatka cream 5 min, Cake: 250 ml of water (1 glass), 125 g margarine, 4 eggs, 1 glass of wheat flour (about 150 g), half a teaspoon of Delecta baking powder.
Boil fat water, add flour. Heat it over low heat (about 1 minute), rubbing the mixture vigorously. Let it cool down. Add the baking powder to the cool mass, add the eggs one by one and mix at high speed for 5 minutes. Divide the dough into two parts. Use a spoon to lay out the dough portions (24 pieces) on the baking sheet provided with the oven accessories. Bake at 220 ° C for about 20-25 minutes, until dry. Repeat with the other half of the dough. Prepare the cream. Cut the cooled puffs across and fill with cream. Decorate the puff pastry with the glaze prepared according to the recipe given on the package. Put in the fridge for about 1 hour to cool.
