Prepare:
For the dough: 3 eggs, 50 ml of water, 100 ml of oil
For the cream mass: 500 ml of chilled cream 30-36% fat, 100 ml of boiled cold water

Preparation:
Cake:
1. Round springform cake tin with diameter approx. 26 cm grease and sprinkle with flour or cover with baking paper.
2. In a tall dish, mix eggs with water and oil.
3. Switch on the oven, set it to 180 ° C without hot air (mixing time is the oven heating time).
4. Pour the contents of the bag with the dough and mix at high speed for 5 minutes. Put the ready mass into the prepared sheet.
5. Put in the oven and bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes (check with a stick if the cake is baked).
6. After baking and cooling, cut 0.5 cm from the top of the cake and crumble it.

Cream mass:
1. Pour the well-chilled cream into a tall dish.
2. Beat with the mixer at high speed until almost stiff.
3. Pour water into a medium bowl, pour the contents of the bag with the mixture into the cream mass and mix for 0.5 minutes. Add to the whipped cream and mix for another 0.5 minutes.

Folding the dough:
1. Put the cream mass on the bottom layer of the dough, sprinkle the top with crumbled dough, press lightly.
2. Put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to cool down.

Forest moss with jelly and mascarpone
Dissolve lemon-flavored jelly in half the amount of hot water, put in the refrigerator to concentration. Prepare the dough according to the basic method. Beat 250 ml of chilled cream 30-36% fat, add 250 g of chilled mascarpone cheese and blend. Then prepare the cream mass according to the basic method. Finally, add the diced jelly to the mass. Fold the dough according to the basic method.
