Preparation, application and storage conditions
Recipes
Prepare:
For the dough: 3 eggs, 300 ml of milk, 100 g of margarine
For the crumble: 4 tablespoons of wheat flour (60 g), 3 tablespoons of sugar (45 g), 35 g of margarine.
Preparation method:
Prepare the crumble: knead the flour and sugar with soft margarine, crush.
Pour milk into the pot, add margarine. Heat together until margarine dissolves, cool. The solution should be slightly warm (max. Temperature 40 ° C).
Pour the contents of the package into a tall dish, add the eggs and gradually add the milk with margarine. Mix (augers) for about 5 minutes.
Put the finished mass into a baking sheet lined with baking paper, approx. 25 x 35 cm, sprinkle with crumble.
Set aside in a warm place for 30 minutes to rise.
Put into a cold oven and bake at 170-180 ° C without hot air for 40-50 minutes until the crumble is golden (check with a stick if the cake is baked).
Have fun with the taste!
