Our yoghurt cake recipe
Prepare:
For the dough: 4 eggs, 150 ml milk, 175 g margarine (or butter).
The cake tastes great if we replace the milk with 150 g of natural yoghurt.
Preparation method:
Dissolve and cool margarine.
In a tall vessel, mix eggs with milk (or yoghurt), add margarine, pour the contents of the package and mix for about 4 minutes.
Put the finished mass into a baking sheet lined with baking paper, approx. 25 x 35 cm.
Put in a slightly preheated oven and bake at 165-175 ° C for 40-45 minutes (check with a stick if the dough is baked).
Have fun with the taste!
