Recipes
Our sponge cake recipe
Prepare:
For the dough:
4 eggs,
30 ml of water (approx. 3 tablespoons)
For punch:
175 ml of boiled water
25 ml of lemon juice (juice from 1/2 lemon)
25 ml of alcohol
For decoration: cream and fruit
Preparation method:
Brush a round springform cake tin with a diameter of approx. 24 cm with grease and sprinkle with flour.
Turn on the oven, set to 180 ° C without hot air (mixing time is the oven heating time).
Pry the eggs into a deep bowl, add water, pour the contents of the bag and mix at high speed for 4-5 minutes. Put the ready mass into the prepared springform pan.
Put in the oven and bake at 180 ° C for 40-45 minutes (check with a stick if the cake is baked).
After it has cooled down, cut the biscuit into three parts. Soak each of them with a punch. Put 2 packs of Delecta cake creams or 750 ml of cream 30-36% fat. (whipped with 3 packs of Delecta Cream Mix).
For decoration, we recommend fresh fruit and Decorada Delecta sprinkles.
Good advice the
top of the sponge cake will be perfectly flat if you leave the hot sponge cake to cool upside down after baking.
If you want the tops to be perfectly even after cutting, use a thread. Cut the sponge cake around with a knife, insert the thread into the cut, cross the thread ends and pull gently.
Caramel Fantasy
- Prepare the dough and punch as follows.
- For the cream, prepare 200 g of Bakalland fudge mass, 1 pack of Śnieżka Delecta, 500 ml of chilled cream 30-36% fat, 100 g of butter, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of ground (or mixed) cottage cheese.
- Whip the cream with Śnieżka, beat the butter with sugar, add the cottage cheese and mix again. Add the butter mass in portions to the cream, mixing it at low speed. Finally, add the mass of krówkowa and mix again.
- Cut the baked biscuit in half, soak it with punch and add half of the cream. Use the rest of the cream and any fruit for decoration.
