Recipe for a Sunny Dessert
Boil 200 ml of water with 300 ml of apple juice, dissolve the peach jelly, pour into salad bowls, refrigerate to concentration. Use a sharp knife to cut out the centers in the shape of e.g. cones from the concentrated jelly. Place the peach particles in the cavity and decorate with whipped cream.
Preparation and use
1. Boil water and measure 500 ml.
2. Pour the contents of the bag into water and mix thoroughly until dissolved (do not boil).
3. Pour the jelly into salad bowls or a glass bowl and, after cooling, put it in the refrigerator to the concentration.
Use less water in hot weather.
Remember that fresh kiwi and pineapple keep the jelly from settling.
Storage
Store in a dry, cool place.
