Shortbread muffins with pudding
Ingredients:
- 170 g of wheat flour
- 40 g of powdered sugar
- 100 g of cold butter
- 2 yolks
- a pinch of salt
- 300 ml of milk
- 1 Pudding Banana flavor Dr. Oetker
- 45 g sugar (3 heaped tablespoons)
- 250 ml cream 30% fat
- 15 pieces of strawberries
Method of preparation:
Knead all the ingredients for the dough (wheat flour, powdered sugar, cold butter, 2 egg yolks and a pinch of salt) quickly, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for approx. 30 - 40 minutes. Molds for tartlets dia. Grease 6 cm with butter. Roll out the dough and then cut out circles slightly larger than the diameter of the mold. Knead the molds with it and put them in the fridge to cool for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Put the molds in a preheated oven and bake for 15 - 20 minutes. Take the baked muffins out of the oven and set aside to cool. After cooling down, remove the muffins from the molds. Prepare the cream: from 300 ml of cold milk, remove 100 ml and mix the contents of the bag with pudding in it, adding sugar. Boil the remaining milk. Pour the mixed sugar and sugar into the boiling milk and bring to the boil while stirring. Put the finished pudding into the salad bowl and cover it with cling film so that it touches the pudding and let cool. Beat the well-cooled cream with a mixer until stiff, add it gradually to the cooled pudding and blend briefly at high speed. Put the finished cream into cupcakes and decorate with strawberry slices.
