Recipe for:
Cream cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 150 g biscuits
- 2 tablespoons Dark Cocoa Dr. Oetker
- 225 g butter
- 1 kg cheesecake cottage cheese
- 350 g fine sugar
- 6 eggs, egg yolks and egg white separately
- 1 Pudding cream flavor Dr. Oetker
- 350 ml cream 30% fat
- 150 g dark chocolate
Method:
Cool the cream in the refrigerator. The remaining ingredients should be at room temperature. Line the bottom of a springform pan with a diameter of 26 cm with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Crush the biscuits into the sand with a blender or roller. Add cocoa and liquid butter (100 g) to the crushed biscuits, mix thoroughly and place on the bottom of the pan. Put in a preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool. Lower the oven temperature to 150 ° C. Grease the sides of the mold with butter. In a large bowl, beat 125 g of softened butter and sugar into a light cream. While grinding, add the curd in portions. Add egg yolks and pudding. In separate bowls, beat the egg whites and well-chilled cream (250 ml) and combine with the cheese mass. Then put it into the mold. Put in a preheated oven and bake for 1.5 hours. Open the door slightly and let it cool down. Heat up the remaining cream. Pour the hot cream with chocolate chips. Mix after a few minutes. Pour the glaze over the cheesecake and set aside in the fridge to cool.
