Chili Con Carne
4 portions, 45 minutes
Ingredients:
- 200 g of beef,
- 100 g of pork,
- 100 g of ham,
- 500 ml of Kucharek beef broth,
- 3 cloves of garlic,
- 2 onions,
- 300 g of tomatoes,
- 1 green pepper,
- 1 cup of white and red beans,
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil,
- 1 tablespoon of dried marjoram Prymat,
- 1 teaspoon of Prymat ground cumin,
- 1/2 teaspoon of Prymat cayenne chili pepper,
- to taste: Sea salt, Black pepper Primacy.
A method of preparing:
Rinse the beans and soak overnight. Wash the meat, chop it finely, fry in two tablespoons of olive oil and put it in a saucepan. Pour the broth and stew briefly. Add crushed garlic cloves, cumin, chili, salt and mix thoroughly. Add the beans and simmer until soft. In the remaining fat, fry the diced onions, tomatoes and peppers. Add to the meat along with the diced ham. Cook for 10 minutes. If the food is too thick, add the stock. At the end, season to taste with salt, chili, marjoram and pepper. Serve with nachos.
